What personal data we collect

This website has no contact form and does not collect your personal data directly. If you choose to get in touch using the WhatsApp, telephone or email links on the site, we receive whatever details you send us, such as your name, contact details and any information about your project. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and provide a quote. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work, and where you ask us to provide a quote or carry out work, the performance of a contract. We will not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we will never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with anyone else. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your message is carried by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms, and if you email us, your message is handled by our email provider. We simply read and reply to what you send.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Analytics

If you accept cookies, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information about your visit, such as your approximate location, the pages you view and your device type. We have disabled advertising and personalisation features and enabled IP anonymisation. If you decline, no analytics are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
