What personal data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and any details you choose to include in your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and provide a quote. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work, and where you ask us to provide a quote or carry out work, the performance of a contract. We will not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we will never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers your message to us by email. We then use email to reply. We do not share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
