These terms cover the use of the Hurlstone Joinery website. They do not form a contract for any work, which is agreed separately in writing for each project.

Using this website

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance. All work is bespoke and priced on enquiry, so descriptions and photographs are examples of past work and not an offer or a fixed price.

Quotes and work

Any quote is given after discussing your project and is specific to that job. A separate agreement covers the work itself, including price, timescales and materials.

Photographs

Images on this site are of work made by Hurlstone Joinery and remain its property. Please do not reuse them without permission.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
